Candle care 101
Before Burning
- Trim your wick about 1/4 inch before each burn
- Keep away from drafts to ensure best quality burn
While Burning
- Try to burn for 3-4 hour each time (especially the first burn) to ensure your wax pools evenly to avoid any tunneling
- Never move a container candle when the wax is liquified -- this will possibly lead to an uneven burn and bodily injury.
- Don't burn your candles close to anything that can catch fire (ie. bedding, drapes, carpet, books, paper, decoration, etc.)
- Don't leave your candle unattended. Although they may seem safe and contained within the jar, accidents can happen!
