Returns and Exchanges

What’s your return policy? 

Any unused orders can be returned within 30 days of receiving the order. We only accept returns for items purchased on soireecandles.com. If you’ve purchased one of our products from a retailer — please contact that retailer for their return policy. In order for us to process your return, your item must be unused, unopened and in its original condition. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. All gift cards and select merchandise are final sale.

How do I place a return or exchange? 

We hope you love your product from Soirée Candles, but we acknowledge that sometimes things don’t work out. To return your order, please reach out to info@soireecandles.com with your order number and which products you’d like to return — and we’ll send you a return label.

How long does it take to process a return? 

Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original form of payment.
